Following our previous announcement on November 29, 2024, regarding the manufacture discontinuation and End of Life (“EOL”) for the Myriota Sense & Locate product line, this notice serves as an official update that these products have now reached End of Support ("EOS") as of November 29, 2025.
Affected Products
This EOL / EOS notification applies to the following Myriota Sense & Locate part numbers:
Service 1: SL1-1
Service 2: SL2-1
Current Status & Field Operation
Device Operation: Existing Sense & Locate units deployed in the field will continue to operate normally.
Technical Support: Because the one-year post-announcement warranty period has concluded, official technical support and troubleshooting from Myriota are no longer available for these part numbers.
Recommended Migration Path: Upgrade to FlexSense
To ensure continued reliability, advanced capabilities, and ongoing support, we highly recommend upgrading your deployed units to our next-generation product, FlexSense. FlexSense comes loaded with expanded features, enhanced performance, and a significantly improved user experience tailored to meet your evolving operational needs.
