Overview
In this article:
As we enter the next phase of the HyperPulse network expansion, we are upgrading our infrastructure to provide enhanced security and reliability. To support these improvements, we will be transitioning to a new generation of SIM cards.
What You Need to Know
- The old generation of SIM cards will stop working on or before 19 May 2026, ACST (GMT+9:30). We will advise the precise change-over time closer to the date.
- To ensure your devices remain connected, we are dispatching new SIM cards free of charge. These will arrive before the scheduled change-over date.
- You can install the new SIMs before this date, but your device will not connect to the network until the change-over officially happens on 19 May.
- This is a one-time change. Future updates will not require new SIMs.
SIM Migration Instructions
The transition has been designed to be as seamless as possible:
- Pre-registered: New SIMs come pre-linked to your existing Device Manager account.
- Configuration: You simply need to configure your destination to your preferred end-point / data platform - See Receiving Messages via Device Manager for more info.
